If you are late you will lose your minutes and will pay for full session.
Lateness: If you are running late for your appointment, we unfortunately cannot give extensions on service times due to a late arrival. We will give you the total time remaining for the time slot that you are booked for.
Deposits: $60 deposit per person required for all new clients. Gift certificates can be used to hold reservation in replace of $60 deposit.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy applies to all reservations made by phone, web and in person. Treatment reserved is especially for you.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation. Please have your credit card or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show.
50% charge for cancellation under 12 hours
100% charge for cancellation under 4 hours
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24-48 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Spa Hours: Open 7 days week. Monday -Saturday 9 am – 7 pm, Sunday 10am-5pm. We are closed on Sundays Aug, Sept & Oct.
Valuables: The spa will not be liable for loss of your valuables.
Health Status: We are not liable for undisclosed health issues. Please let your therapist know if you have any specific health concerns, surgery, pregnancy, pacemaker, bruises etc.
Gratuity: For your convenience, a 20% Gratuity will be added to all services
Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to provide the best & most professional spa services to our guests. Under this policy if you don’t like your services within the first 10 minutes you can request to stop the services and will not pay for services. Anytime after 10 minutes if you stop the services you will pay for the part or full services.
Gift Voucher: Prana Spa Gift Vouchers are available for treatment and services, as well as in any dollar amount desired.
