Stress Management

Stress is a physical, mental, emotional strain (and more) caused by our response to the changing situations. It can be due to various causes, usually mixed causes like death of loved ones, relations, jobs, finance, injuries, guilt, self projection, separations etc. Usually we are able to resolve everything by adapting to the situation or by changing it. But sometimes the going gets too tough and life's demands exceed your ability to deal with, stress becomes a threat to both your physical, mental and emotional well-being. When we are not able to cope up with the ongoing demand or pressure, we loose the harmonious, equilibrium state of our complete being
(physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual).
Stress is a psychological and physiological response to events that upset our personal balance in some way. When faced with a threat, whether to our physical safety or emotional equilibrium, the body's defenses kick into high gear in a rapid, automatic process known as the “fight-or-flight” response.
